They’re driven by unconscious beliefs you’ve unknowingly picked up at some point in your life:

  • I have to figure everything out or something bad will happen.
  • I can’t relax unless everything is under control.
  • It’s on me to make sure nothing goes wrong.
  • If I don’t get it right, I’ll fail / be rejected / let people down.

When those beliefs are running the show (often outside your awareness), it doesn’t matter how many techniques you try - because the root of your worrying and overthinking is still still there switched on.

But it’s not just the beliefs that keep this cycle going.

Most of us were never taught how our minds actually work. No one explained that racing thoughts, inner chatter and mental noise are a normal part of being human - not a sign that something’s wrong with you. So when your mind gets loud, you assume you’re broken, failing, or not trying hard enough.

But the truth is, you’re just missing some really important pieces of the puzzle - about how the mind functions, why it reacts the way it does, and how much easier things get when you stop trying to control it all and start seeing it differently.

What You'll Find Inside

The course is made up of 3 sections, each with 10 parts. Every part includes a short video and a set of field notes (exercises, gentle prompts and space for reflection). There’s no right way to go through it.

Some people take one part at a time and let it simmer for a few days. Others like to dive into several parts in one sitting. You get to move in whatever way feels good for you. This isn’t about keeping up or getting it perfect - it’s about going at a pace that feels good for you.

The videos are there to help you see overthinking and worrying differently. You don’t need to take notes, analyse everything or try to “get it.” Just watch, and give yourself a little space to let it land in its own time.

The field notes help you explore things further - with no pressure. They’re there if you want to go deeper, but even if all you do is watch the videos and let them soak in, things will still begin to shift.

You won’t be asked to fix yourself, control your thoughts, or do anything that feels heavy or forced. This is about seeing in a new way - not forcing.

And the best part? Even when you’re not actively “doing” the work, the shifts are happening. Often quietly. Often without you realising.
